This Accessibility Statement is published in both English and Arabic. The English version appears first below, followed by the Arabic version. Both versions reflect the same accessibility commitments of the Company.

Guarip US, LLC (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our"), considers accessibility to be an integral part of the manner in which it provides digital services and information to the public. We are committed to making our website accessible, inclusive, respectful, equal, independent and convenient for all users, including People of Determination, senior citizens and users who rely on assistive technologies.

This Accessibility Statement is intended for the Company's website and digital services directed, among others, to users in the United Arab Emirates ("UAE"). The statement should be read together with the website's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

The accessibility review and/or implementation of the website was performed by: employees of Guarip US, LLC.

1. Meaning of an Accessible Website

An accessible website is a website that enables users with disabilities and other accessibility needs to access, understand, navigate and use the website in a manner that is substantially equivalent to the experience offered to other users. This is achieved through technological adjustments, accessible content practices and compatibility with assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation and alternative display settings.

2. Applicable Standards and UAE-Oriented Accessibility Framework

The Company aims to align the website, to the extent reasonably possible and subject to the nature of the website and its content, with recognized international accessibility principles, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and with relevant UAE digital accessibility principles, including the UAE National Digital Accessibility Policy and the UAE approach to inclusive digital services for People of Determination and senior citizens.

Where a higher level of accessibility is implemented for specific components, the Company may indicate this separately. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Company's working target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA rather than a blanket Level AAA representation.

The Company will continue to review legal, regulatory and practical accessibility requirements applicable to its website in the UAE and in any other relevant jurisdiction in which the Company operates.

3. Accessibility Adjustments Implemented on the Website

The website includes or is intended to include, among other things, the following accessibility features, depending on the relevant page, component and technology used:

Compatibility, to the extent reasonably possible, with common assistive technologies, including screen readers and accessibility tools available on desktop and mobile devices.

Logical page structure, headings, labels and semantic tags designed to assist navigation and understanding.

Keyboard navigation between links, buttons, forms and other interactive elements, without requiring the exclusive use of a mouse.

Visible focus indicators for users navigating by keyboard.

Alternative text for images and non-text content, where such content conveys material information.

Options or browser-supported ability to enlarge or reduce text and page display, generally between 70% and 200%, subject to browser and device limitations.

Sufficient color contrast, and avoidance of reliance on color alone to convey important information.

Reduction or disabling, where applicable, of flashing, blinking or moving elements that may interfere with use.

Support for commonly used browsers and responsive display on mobile devices.

Accessible forms, including labels, instructions and error indications where applicable.

Clear link wording, button names and navigation labels, to the extent possible.

Accessibility menu or accessibility icon, where implemented, allowing users to select relevant adjustments.

4. Languages, Directionality and Content Presentation

As the website may be used by audiences in the UAE and internationally, the Company endeavors, where relevant, to support English and/or Arabic content in a manner that preserves readability, correct directionality, and compatibility with assistive technologies. If Arabic content is made available, the Company will endeavor to implement right-to-left display and language tagging in accordance with good accessibility practice.

If any content is available in one language only, or if translated content differs from the original wording, the Company may indicate which version prevails for legal or operational purposes in the applicable Terms of Use or other binding document.

5. Accessibility of Media, Documents and Downloadable Files

The Company will endeavor to make new documents, media and downloadable files accessible where reasonably possible, including through searchable text, structured headings, readable contrast, meaningful file names and alternative text for material images. Where video or audio content is used, the Company will consider captions, transcripts or alternative formats where appropriate and feasible.

Some legacy files, third-party documents, archived materials or documents received from external parties may not be fully accessible. Users who require an accessible version of a specific document may contact the Company, and the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide the information in an accessible alternative format.

6. Keyboard Shortcuts and User Convenience

Users may use standard browser and operating-system accessibility functions. Depending on the browser and device, the following shortcuts may assist:

Ctrl + "+" – enlarge text or page display.

Ctrl + "-" – reduce text or page display.

Ctrl + 0 – return the page to its default display size.

Tab / Shift + Tab – move forward or backward between interactive elements.

Enter / Space – activate selected buttons, links or controls, depending on the element.

F11 – full-screen display in certain browsers.

If an accessibility toolbar is available on the website, the toolbar may provide additional functions such as contrast changes, text enlargement, monochrome display, link highlighting, readable font mode and reset of settings. The exact functionality may change from time to time according to the technology implemented on the website.

7. Accessibility Menu / Accessible Mode

Where an accessibility icon or toolbar is displayed on the website, it will usually appear on the home page or in a fixed position on the screen. Clicking the icon opens the accessibility menu. After selecting the desired function, the page may reload or the relevant display adjustment may be applied immediately.

The accessibility menu is an auxiliary tool and does not replace the Company's broader obligation and effort to make the website itself accessible by design.

8. Compatibility and Recommended Use

The website is designed to operate, to the extent reasonably possible, with commonly used modern browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox, and with mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android. The website may also be used with assistive technologies such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack and other accessibility tools, subject to version, device and browser compatibility.

For the best experience, users are encouraged to use an updated browser and an updated operating system.

9. Periodic Testing and Maintenance

The Company will endeavor to review the accessibility of the website periodically, and at least once every 6 months, and to address accessibility issues identified through testing, user feedback, technological changes or changes in applicable requirements. Accessibility is an ongoing process and may require additional adjustments as content, technology and user needs evolve.

10. Limitations and Third-Party Content

Despite the Company's efforts, some pages, components or services may not yet be fully accessible. This may occur, for example, in relation to third-party platforms, embedded content, payment systems, maps, social media plugins, external links, user-generated content, legacy documents or technical components that are not fully controlled by the Company.

Where such limitation is identified, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative, to correct the issue, or to assist the user through another communication channel.

11. Accessibility of Services Connected to the Website

If the website enables self-pickup, delivery coordination, appointments, purchases or other customer-facing services, the Company will endeavor to provide accessibility information relevant to such services, including where applicable:

Whether the pickup point or service location has step-free access from street level.

Whether entrances, passages and service counters are suitable for wheelchair users.

Availability of accessible parking, elevators or ramps, if relevant.

Availability of assistance to users who require support in completing a transaction or receiving a service.

Alternative contact channels where a digital process cannot be completed accessibly.

Specific physical accessibility arrangements may vary between locations. Users are encouraged to contact the Company in advance where physical service accessibility is material to their visit.

12. Privacy and Accessibility Requests

When a user contacts the Company regarding an accessibility issue, the Company may process personal information provided in the request, such as name, contact details, description of the difficulty, device/browser information and details regarding assistive technology used. Such information will be used for the purpose of handling the request, improving accessibility and complying with applicable legal obligations, in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including UAE data protection requirements where applicable.

13. Contacting the Company Regarding Accessibility

If you encounter an accessibility difficulty or an accessibility related malfunction in the website or in related services, we would be pleased to receive your feedback and handle it as soon as reasonably possible.

To allow efficient handling of your request, please include, where possible:

A description of the accessibility difficulty;

The action you tried to perform;

The URL of the relevant page;

The browser and operating system used;

The device used, if relevant;

The assistive technology used, if any;

A screenshot or screen recording, if this may assist and if you are comfortable providing it.

The Company has designated an accessibility officer to handle accessibility requests.

14. Responsibility and No Waiver

Nothing in this Accessibility Statement derogates from any right available to a user under applicable law. At the same time, the statement is intended to describe the Company's accessibility efforts and procedures and does not create any representation that every website component is accessible at all times or on every device, browser or assistive technology configuration.

15. Updates to this Statement

The Company may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time, including due to technological changes, regulatory developments, user feedback or changes in the Company's services. The latest update date will appear at the top of this statement.

تعتبر شركة Guarip US, LLC (ويُشار إليها فيما يلي بـ"الشركة" أو "نحن" أو "لنا"/"الخاص بنا") إمكانية الوصول جزءاً لا يتجزأ من الطريقة التي تقدّم بها خدماتها ومعلوماتها الرقمية للجمهور. ونحن ملتزمون بجعل موقعنا الإلكتروني متاحاً وشاملاً ومحترِماً ومتكافئاً ومستقلاً وملائماً لجميع المستخدمين، بمن فيهم أصحاب الهمم وكبار السن والمستخدمون الذين يعتمدون على التقنيات المساعِدة.

1. معنى الموقع الإلكتروني المتاح

الموقع الإلكتروني المتاح هو موقع يمكّن المستخدمين ذوي الإعاقة وذوي الاحتياجات الأخرى المتعلقة بإمكانية الوصول من الوصول إلى الموقع وفهمه والتنقّل فيه واستخدامه بطريقة مكافئة إلى حدٍّ كبير للتجربة المتاحة لسائر المستخدمين. ويتحقق ذلك من خلال التعديلات التقنية، وممارسات المحتوى المتاح، والتوافق مع التقنيات المساعِدة مثل قارئات الشاشة، والتنقّل عبر لوحة المفاتيح، وإعدادات العرض البديلة.

2. المعايير المعمول بها وإطار إمكانية الوصول الموجَّه نحو دولة الإمارات

تهدف الشركة إلى مواءمة الموقع الإلكتروني، بالقدر الممكن بشكل معقول ورهناً بطبيعة الموقع ومحتواه، مع مبادئ إمكانية الوصول الدولية المعترَف بها، بما في ذلك إرشادات إتاحة محتوى الويب (WCAG) 2.1، المستوى AA، ومع مبادئ الإتاحة الرقمية ذات الصلة في دولة الإمارات، بما في ذلك السياسة الوطنية للإتاحة الرقمية في دولة الإمارات والنهج المتّبع في الدولة بشأن الخدمات الرقمية الشاملة لأصحاب الهمم وكبار السن.

وحيثما يُطبَّق مستوى أعلى من إمكانية الوصول على مكوّنات محدّدة، يجوز للشركة الإشارة إلى ذلك بشكل منفصل. وما لم يُذكر صراحةً خلاف ذلك، فإن الهدف العملي للشركة هو المستوى AA من WCAG 2.1، وليس تمثيلاً شاملاً للمستوى AAA.

وستواصل الشركة مراجعة المتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية والعملية المتعلقة بإمكانية الوصول والمنطبقة على موقعها الإلكتروني في دولة الإمارات وفي أي ولاية قضائية أخرى ذات صلة تعمل فيها الشركة.

3. تعديلات إمكانية الوصول المطبَّقة على الموقع الإلكتروني

يتضمّن الموقع الإلكتروني، أو يُقصد أن يتضمّن، من بين أمور أخرى، ميزات إمكانية الوصول التالية، وذلك بحسب الصفحة والمكوّن والتقنية المستخدمة:

التوافق، بالقدر الممكن بشكل معقول، مع التقنيات المساعِدة الشائعة، بما في ذلك قارئات الشاشة وأدوات إمكانية الوصول المتوفّرة على أجهزة سطح المكتب والأجهزة المحمولة.

بنية صفحات منطقية، وعناوين، وتسميات، ووسوم دلالية مصمَّمة للمساعدة في التنقّل والفهم.

التنقّل عبر لوحة المفاتيح بين الروابط والأزرار والنماذج وسائر العناصر التفاعلية، دون اشتراط استخدام الفأرة وحدها.

مؤشّرات تركيز مرئية للمستخدمين الذين يتنقّلون عبر لوحة المفاتيح.

نص بديل للصور والمحتوى غير النصّي، حيثما كان هذا المحتوى ينقل معلومات جوهرية.

خيارات أو إمكانية مدعومة من المتصفّح لتكبير أو تصغير النص وعرض الصفحة، بنسبة تتراوح عموماً بين 70% و200%، رهناً بقيود المتصفّح والجهاز.

تباين ألوان كافٍ، وتجنّب الاعتماد على اللون وحده لنقل المعلومات المهمة.

تقليل أو تعطيل العناصر الوامضة أو المتحرّكة التي قد تعيق الاستخدام، حيثما ينطبق ذلك.

دعم المتصفّحات الشائعة الاستخدام والعرض المتجاوب على الأجهزة المحمولة.

نماذج متاحة، بما في ذلك التسميات والتعليمات وإشارات الأخطاء حيثما ينطبق ذلك.

صياغة واضحة للروابط، وأسماء للأزرار، وتسميات للتنقّل، بالقدر الممكن.

قائمة إمكانية وصول أو أيقونة إمكانية وصول، حيثما طُبّقت، تتيح للمستخدمين اختيار التعديلات ذات الصلة.

4. اللغات واتجاه الكتابة وعرض المحتوى

نظراً لأن الموقع قد يُستخدَم من قِبل جمهور في دولة الإمارات وعلى المستوى الدولي، تسعى الشركة، حيثما كان ذلك ملائماً، إلى دعم المحتوى باللغة الإنجليزية و/أو العربية بطريقة تحافظ على سهولة القراءة، وصحة اتجاه الكتابة، والتوافق مع التقنيات المساعِدة. وفي حال إتاحة محتوى باللغة العربية، تسعى الشركة إلى تطبيق العرض من اليمين إلى اليسار ووسم اللغة وفقاً لممارسات إمكانية الوصول الجيّدة.

وإذا كان أي محتوى متاحاً بلغة واحدة فقط، أو إذا اختلف المحتوى المترجَم عن الصياغة الأصلية، يجوز للشركة أن تبيّن أي نسخة تكون لها الغلبة للأغراض القانونية أو التشغيلية، وذلك في شروط الاستخدام المعمول بها أو في أي مستند مُلزِم آخر.

5. إمكانية الوصول إلى الوسائط والمستندات والملفات القابلة للتنزيل

تسعى الشركة إلى جعل المستندات والوسائط والملفات القابلة للتنزيل الجديدة متاحةً حيثما كان ذلك ممكناً بشكل معقول، بما في ذلك من خلال نص قابل للبحث، وعناوين منظَّمة، وتباين قابل للقراءة، وأسماء ملفات ذات دلالة، ونص بديل للصور الجوهرية. وحيثما يُستخدَم محتوى مرئي أو صوتي، ستنظر الشركة في توفير تسميات توضيحية أو نصوص مكتوبة أو صيغ بديلة حيثما كان ذلك مناسباً وممكناً عملياً.

قد لا تكون بعض الملفات القديمة، أو مستندات الأطراف الثالثة، أو المواد المؤرشَفة، أو المستندات الواردة من جهات خارجية، متاحةً بالكامل. ويمكن للمستخدمين الذين يحتاجون إلى نسخة متاحة من مستند معيّن التواصل مع الشركة، وستبذل الشركة جهوداً معقولة لتوفير المعلومات في صيغة بديلة متاحة.

6. اختصارات لوحة المفاتيح وراحة المستخدم

يمكن للمستخدمين استخدام وظائف إمكانية الوصول القياسية في المتصفّح ونظام التشغيل. وبحسب المتصفّح والجهاز، قد تساعد الاختصارات التالية:

Ctrl + "+": لتكبير النص أو عرض الصفحة.

Ctrl + "-": لتصغير النص أو عرض الصفحة.

Ctrl + 0: لإعادة الصفحة إلى حجم العرض الافتراضي.

Tab / Shift + Tab: للتنقّل إلى الأمام أو إلى الخلف بين العناصر التفاعلية.

Enter / Space: لتفعيل الأزرار أو الروابط أو عناصر التحكّم المحدَّدة، بحسب العنصر.

F11: للعرض بملء الشاشة في بعض المتصفّحات.

وإذا كان شريط أدوات إمكانية الوصول متوفّراً على الموقع، فقد يوفّر هذا الشريط وظائف إضافية مثل تغيير التباين، وتكبير النص، والعرض أحادي اللون، وإبراز الروابط، ووضع الخط القابل للقراءة، وإعادة ضبط الإعدادات. وقد تتغيّر الوظائف الدقيقة من وقت لآخر بحسب التقنية المطبَّقة على الموقع.

7. قائمة إمكانية الوصول / الوضع المتاح

حيثما تُعرَض أيقونة أو شريط أدوات لإمكانية الوصول على الموقع، فإنها تظهر عادةً في الصفحة الرئيسية أو في موضع ثابت على الشاشة. ويؤدّي النقر على الأيقونة إلى فتح قائمة إمكانية الوصول. وبعد اختيار الوظيفة المطلوبة، قد يُعاد تحميل الصفحة أو قد يُطبَّق تعديل العرض المعني على الفور.

وقائمة إمكانية الوصول هي أداة مساعِدة ولا تحلّ محلّ التزام الشركة وجهدها الأوسع لجعل الموقع نفسه متاحاً من حيث التصميم.

8. التوافق والاستخدام المُوصى به

صُمِّم الموقع الإلكتروني ليعمل، بالقدر الممكن بشكل معقول، مع المتصفّحات الحديثة الشائعة الاستخدام مثل Chrome وEdge وSafari وFirefox، ومع أنظمة تشغيل الأجهزة المحمولة مثل iOS وAndroid. ويمكن أيضاً استخدام الموقع مع التقنيات المساعِدة مثل NVDA وJAWS وVoiceOver وTalkBack وغيرها من أدوات إمكانية الوصول، رهناً بتوافق الإصدار والجهاز والمتصفّح.

وللحصول على أفضل تجربة، يُشجَّع المستخدمون على استخدام متصفّح محدَّث ونظام تشغيل محدَّث.

9. الاختبار الدوري والصيانة

تسعى الشركة إلى مراجعة إمكانية الوصول إلى الموقع بشكل دوري، وعلى الأقل مرة واحدة كل 6 أشهر، وإلى معالجة مشكلات إمكانية الوصول التي يجري تحديدها من خلال الاختبار أو ملاحظات المستخدمين أو التغيّرات التقنية أو التغيّرات في المتطلبات المعمول بها. وإمكانية الوصول عملية مستمرة وقد تتطلّب تعديلات إضافية مع تطوّر المحتوى والتقنية واحتياجات المستخدمين.

10. القيود ومحتوى الأطراف الثالثة

على الرغم من جهود الشركة، قد لا تكون بعض الصفحات أو المكوّنات أو الخدمات متاحةً بالكامل بعد. وقد يحدث ذلك، على سبيل المثال، فيما يتعلق بمنصّات الأطراف الثالثة، والمحتوى المضمَّن، وأنظمة الدفع، والخرائط، وإضافات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والروابط الخارجية، والمحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدمون، والمستندات القديمة، أو المكوّنات التقنية التي لا تخضع لسيطرة الشركة الكاملة.

ما إذا كانت نقطة الاستلام أو موقع الخدمة توفّر وصولاً خالياً من الدرجات من مستوى الشارع.

ما إذا كانت المداخل والممرات ومنافذ الخدمة مناسبة لمستخدمي الكراسي المتحركة.

توفّر مواقف سيارات أو مصاعد أو منحدرات متاحة، إن وُجدت صلة بذلك.

توفّر المساعدة للمستخدمين الذين يحتاجون إلى دعم لإتمام معاملة أو الحصول على خدمة.

قنوات تواصل بديلة حيثما تعذّر إتمام إجراء رقمي بطريقة متاحة.

وقد تختلف ترتيبات إمكانية الوصول المادية المحدَّدة من موقع إلى آخر. ويُشجَّع المستخدمون على التواصل مع الشركة مسبقاً حيثما كانت إمكانية الوصول المادي إلى الخدمة جوهرية بالنسبة لزيارتهم.

12. الخصوصية وطلبات إمكانية الوصول

عندما يتواصل أحد المستخدمين مع الشركة بشأن مسألة تتعلق بإمكانية الوصول، يجوز للشركة معالجة المعلومات الشخصية المقدَّمة في الطلب، مثل الاسم، وتفاصيل التواصل، ووصف الصعوبة، ومعلومات الجهاز/المتصفّح، والتفاصيل المتعلقة بالتقنية المساعِدة المستخدمة. وتُستخدَم هذه المعلومات لغرض معالجة الطلب، وتحسين إمكانية الوصول، والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية المعمول بها، وذلك وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بالشركة وقوانين حماية البيانات المعمول بها، بما في ذلك متطلبات حماية البيانات في دولة الإمارات حيثما تنطبق.

13. التواصل مع الشركة بشأن إمكانية الوصول

إذا واجهت صعوبة تتعلق بإمكانية الوصول أو خللاً متعلقاً بإمكانية الوصول في الموقع أو في الخدمات المرتبطة به، فيسعدنا تلقّي ملاحظاتك ومعالجتها في أقرب وقت ممكن بشكل معقول.

ولإتاحة معالجة طلبك بكفاءة، يُرجى تضمين ما يلي، حيثما أمكن:

وصف صعوبة إمكانية الوصول؛

الإجراء الذي حاولت تنفيذه؛

عنوان URL للصفحة المعنية؛

المتصفّح ونظام التشغيل المستخدمان؛

الجهاز المستخدَم، إن كان ذا صلة؛

التقنية المساعِدة المستخدمة، إن وُجدت؛

لقطة شاشة أو تسجيل للشاشة، إذا كان ذلك قد يساعد وإذا كنت مرتاحاً لتقديمه.

عيّنت الشركة مسؤولاً مختصاً بإمكانية الوصول لمعالجة الطلبات المتعلقة بإمكانية الوصول.

لا يُنتقِص أيٌّ مما ورد في هذا البيان الخاص بإمكانية الوصول من أي حق متاح للمستخدم بموجب القانون المعمول به. وفي الوقت نفسه، يُقصَد بهذا البيان وصف جهود الشركة وإجراءاتها في مجال إمكانية الوصول، وهو لا ينشئ أي إقرار بأن كل مكوّن من مكوّنات الموقع متاح في جميع الأوقات أو على كل جهاز أو متصفّح أو إعداد للتقنيات المساعِدة.
