Guarip US, LLC ("Guarip") may collect personally identifiable information about you, such as your full name, phone number, email address, date of birth or other data collected that could directly or indirectly identify you when you register for an account purchase a Product, contact us, or otherwise use the Website ("Personal Information"). If you choose to purchase a Product from Guarip, Guarip or its third-party payment processing company will collect your payment information solely as required for the purpose of processing the transaction. Guarip also collects your data when you submit an inquiry through the "contact us" form or otherwise communicate with Guarip. The Personal Information collected may vary depending on the Products or services you purchase, access, request or express interest in.

Where required, including during the purchase process and/or before access to additional course content is granted, Guarip may request your express and active consent to the collection and use of your Personal Information, including by ticking a designated checkbox and/or completing an acknowledgment process following the first lesson. The Personal Information you have provided Guarip's is retained by Guarip and its affiliated companies in order to send you marketing communications, respond to your questions and provide you with the utmost personal service. If you no longer wish to receive our services above, you may opt out of them or cancel your account.

Guarip will make sure to provide you with a copy of the data we process about you. To comply with your request, we may ask you to verify your identity. Guarip only retains your Personal Information collected from you for as long as your account is active or otherwise for a limited period as long as Guarip needs it to fulfill the purposes for which Guarip has initially collected it, unless otherwise required by law. Guarip will retain and use your Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with applicable accounting, tax, consumer protection, regulatory and legal retention requirements. account, registration and course-access information may be retained for as long as the user account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter, as necessary for service administration, user support, legal compliance and dispute handling;

purchase records, invoices, refund records and transaction-related documentation may be retained for the period required under applicable tax, accounting, consumer protection and commercial laws;

payment details are generally processed by third-party payment providers, and Guarip does not intend to retain full credit card or payment instrument details, except for limited transaction references, confirmations or records necessary for accounting, support, fraud prevention or legal purposes;

marketing and communication data may be retained until you withdraw your consent, unsubscribe, object to such processing, or until Guarip determines that such data is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected;

technical, usage, security, log and cookie-related data may be retained for a limited period reasonably necessary for website operation, security, analytics, troubleshooting and fraud-prevention purposes; and
