1. PURCHASING

1.1 Purchase of the Products through this Website must comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein. Guarip reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse to sell its Products according to its full discretion and in compliance with any applicable law. Product prices and payment terms displayed on the Website, if displayed, are subject to changes according to Guarip's full discretion.

1.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that any Personal Information (as defined below) you supply to us is accurate and complete and that all ordering or registration details (where applicable) contain your correct name, email address and other requested details. Please refer to our Privacy Policy below for further information regarding how we deal with your Personal Information.

1.3 You are also responsible for ensuring that your computer system meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to use the Website and is compatible with this Website.

1.4 Guarip reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse any purchase submitted through the Website. If your order is accepted by Guarip, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided, together with a password and a direct link to access the relevant course. The password and course access link are provided for your personal use only and may not be transferred, shared, sold, published or otherwise made available to any third party. Any unauthorized sharing or use of the password or access link may result in the suspension or blocking of your access to the course, without any refund.

1.5 Subject to applicable law, you may cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, provided that you have not accessed, started viewing, streamed, downloaded, or otherwise used any of the course content, lessons, materials or digital content.

Once you have accessed or started using any part of the course content, including by opening the course link, viewing a lesson or accessing the learning materials, you acknowledge and agree that the digital content has begun to be supplied to you, and you will no longer be entitled to cancel the purchase or receive any refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

To request cancellation within the above 14-day period, you must contact Guarip in writing before accessing or using the course content. If the cancellation request is approved, Guarip will refund the amount paid by you using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

For the avoidance of doubt, no refund will be provided after the course content has been accessed or used, in whole or in part.

2. SECURE PAYMENT POLICY

All payment transactions made through the Website are processed immediately by Guarip's third-party payment service providers. Payments are processed through Kajabi Payments, PayPal and Stripe, and through them Apple Pay and Google Pay, and the payment pages are hosted and operated by these providers and secured in accordance with applicable payment security standards, including PCI DSS Level 1 encryption. Any credit or debit card details entered by you are submitted directly to the relevant payment service provider's secure system and are not stored, retained, cached or otherwise processed by Guarip. Upon completion of the payment process, you will receive an immediate confirmation indicating whether the transaction has been approved or declined, before being redirected back to the Website. 3. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that any Product available on the Website is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Guarip reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment approved. If your payment has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Guarip will issue reimbursement to your payment account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Unless otherwise specified, all content and materials published on this Website are presented solely for your private, personal, and non-commercial use.
